Our pricing is based on performing PRIVATE cremations. The level of care that we are able to provide at Forever Remembered is family focused and ensures that each and every pet receives the highest standard of care available. We welcome those who wish to take an active part in the cremation process. 

Package 1 - $250.00 (Dogs)
                     $225.00 (Cats)

This package is for dogs and cats regardless of size

24 hour return of your cremains
Your choice of package 1 urn
Memorial folder of your pet
Use of our chapel for your family 
Viewing the cremation or photo certification



Package 2 - $300.00 (Dogs)
                          $275.00  (Cats)

This package is for dogs and cats regardless of size

This package includes:
Private cremation
24 hour return of your cremains
Your choice of an upgraded urn or garden stone
​(garden stone is made by Jen with your cremains)
Memorial folder of your pet
Use of our chapel for your family
Viewing the cremation or photo certification

Package 3 - $350.00 (plus tax)
Headstone Urn  

This package is for dogs and cats regardless of size
(For large dogs the headstone urn may require a larger stone which adds $50.00 to this package)

This package includes:
Private cremation
An outside memorial headstone urn with personalized plaque 
(headstone urn takes 4 weeks)​
Use of our chapel for your family
Memorial folder of your pet
Viewing the cremation or photo certification



Package 4 - $400.00 (plus tax)
​(Pricing does not include gratuity for Clergy)

Funeral Service

Small Animal Package - $125.00
(plus tax)

This package is for Birds, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Snakes, Lizards, Pet Rats, Turtles, etc.

This package includes:
Private cremation
Your choice of package urn
Use of our chapel for your family
​Memorial folder of your pet
Viewing the cremation or photo certification
24 hour return of your cremains​

Non Return of Cremains
Small dogs or cats - $75.00
Large Dogs - $175.00
(plus tax)
pricing is at our discrection  and will be
determined upon arrival

This package includes:
Private cremation
The cremains are interred at Abbey Glen.
Photo certification will be kept on file
Viewing a Non return cremation is $25 an hour

Removal Pricing

Pricing includes: 

Respectful removal from your home or Veterinarian

Removals are made as our schedule permits,  please give at least 1 day notice if you will need this service.
